Wineland Dressings founded in 2000 by Peter & Valencia Young. Peter, who was the Chef at Hillside Estate Winery in Penticton, was continually asked by restaurant clientele if they could buy the salad dressings served in the Barrel Room Bistro. A small trial batch of the Roast Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette was produced and bottled. This trial batch sold out quickly. Wineland Dressings was born. Cilantro & Lime, Fresh Herb & Garlic, Raspberry & Black Pepper, Blackberry & Basil & Blueberry Vinaigrettes have since been added.
