The Preservatory is where seasonal Artisanal Preserves are produced on the farm, using traditional cooking methods combined with distinctive flavour pairings. Using in-season fruits, much of which is grown on the farm in South Langley, BC. The farm also produces wines, ciders and fortified wines. The company's awarding winning D'oro - a fortified walnut wine is our signature offering from the farm. Shop and tasting room on site.
