Based on recipes from the culinary mind of Chefs Vikram Vij and Meeru Dhalwala and their renowned Indian restaurant Vij's in Vancouver, BC, our products contain no artificial colours, preservatives or flavours. All are gluten free, and the meat we use are raised without antibiotics or hormones.
