Terra Grain Fuels is currently constructing an ethanol plant in the Rural Municipality of Pense No.160, near Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan that is designed to produce approx. 150 million litres of ethanol annually and 163, 800 tonnes of dried distillers grains annually.
