A small artisan company creating Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar. Using only the highest quality Cabernet Sauvignon grape juice, they create a classic noble wine without any additives. The all natural wine is gravity fed to the vinegar mother in small French Oak barrels to convert to vinegar and age for a year before being hand bottled. A fruity full flavoured nutrient rich vinegar that is unfiltered and unpasteurized.
