The Marine Institute's School of Fisheries & associated Centre for Aquaculture & Seafood Develop't employs food scientists, process engineers & technicians with more than 250 years of cumulative experience in food processing. Maintains & operates two food processing pilot plants that constitute a 15,000 sq.ft. production area, equipped with some $5 million of processing technololoy.
