In 1984 Okanagan's Choice Cheese Ltd. was started. In 1995, we ventured into the alternative food market and Okanagan's Soya Co. was created. In 1998 Castle Cheese was formed to address customers needs in the bulk shredded dairy product market. Our products can be found across Canada from Vancouver Island to the Maritimes. Today we operate under Castle Cheese (West) Inc. and manage our brands of Castle Brand, Private Label, Okanagan Soya Co. and Okanagan Choice Cheese across Canada.
