Based at the University of Alberta, the BCN advocates multidisciplinary research and collaboration in the areas of biomass conversion with emphasis on industry partnership. Through innovative research, the BCN develops advanced technologies for conversion of biomass into "drop-in" chemicals and fuels compatible with both traditional and emerging industries.
