Our quality story begins by sourcing our ingredients from as local as possible with all of our meat ingredients from Ontario. Our facility has always been Gluten free and MSG free. In addition we currently produce a number of sodium reduced products. We use only natural hardwood smoke to give our products that final touch of flavour.
