Quality Cheese Inc. is a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of Italian specialty cheese and cheese snack products. Incorporated in 1988, the company produces a large selection of specialty cheese for the retail and food service sectors. Quality Cheese also produces Buffalo Mozzarella and Ashley Goat cheese. In 2013 Quality Cheese won the Grand Champion at the Candian Grand Prix awards for their Ricotta.
