Over the past few years the brewery has invested in improving the brewing process with a constant eye on making quality beer. This focus has been recognized by the achievement of ISO quality certification standard ISO-9001, the highest level of standardization available. In 1994, Pacific Western Brewing became the first North American brewery to achieve ISO certification. Today, every step of our brewing and packaging is certified to the standards of ISO 9001 protocol.
