NitroTin is an automated packaging process that uses a hermetically sealed food-grade container with a modified atmosphere to greatly extend the shelf life of the contents. During the packaging process, the can is flushed with liquid nitrogen and hermetically sealed with an easy to open pop-top lid. This process creates an air-tight and completely odorless package while maintaining the freshness and quality of the product inside. Nitrogen packaging also inhibits the growth of mold, yeast, and aerobic bacteria.
