Provides scientific and technical expertise to the food and bio-resource industries. Actively involved in many aspects of food science and bio-resource upgrading, including: applied R&D, tech transfer, product/process development, sensory analysis, nutrition labeling, food safety training and analytical services. Facility includes four pilot plants, two product development lab, and a microbiology lab.
